Project Tips

Check out the company's website for information on subsidiaries, advertising, company history, financials and corporate responsibility. Some of these websites may be hundreds of pages, so take your time and check out the relevant links.

Email/telephone/contact the company ASAP for information and promotional items.  It may take 4-6 weeks to receive these items.

Search newspaper articles to find out what's new and what the company is planning for the future

News articles are a good source for "negative" information about a company - such as a failed advertising campaign, loss of sales, closing of retail outlets, etc.  Companies won't post this information on their websites.
